If any race-minded drivers are still around, and want more excitement than a AutoX parking lot, The first Burke Hillclimb of the season is coming up! Burke is part of the NEHA Hillclimb championship series, and alone with Okemo is a great high speed event.

Hillclimbing in New England is Similar in road conditions to Tarmac Rally, with less suspension travel needed. In general, you race up Mountainous Access roads for the best time.

We would certainly welcome all new folks, and speaking as a somewhat recent new addition i can attest to how friendly everyone is off the bat.

This is a somewhat recent run of Burke, should give you a good idea of the speeds and terrain involved.

A helmet and Fire extinguisher are required for all vehicle regardless of class. More detailed rules can be found on the NEHA site, but a 10 minute stop at a motorsports store will have you ready for any street class with no issues.

There is a registration cost, which varies from event to event. Given the cost of insurance for an event like this, it's only natural.
