Hey guys, I've been a long time lurker on evoM and I finally saved up enough cash to start looking for my dream car. I'm looking for a 8 or 9 that:

-is preferably stock, bolt on ares okay
-isn't LY, not my color sorry
-something under 50,000 on the odometer, the lower the better
-Cash in hand
-Budget is $18,000.00 but it can be stretched for an immaculate car
-Motivated Buyer

Located about 30 minutes north of Philly and I'm willing to travel a decent distance to make this purchase.
