Might need a little more clarity on that.
Team of guys to help rake leaves? -no
Team of cars to race on track? - yes
Team of people to put the same sticker on their car so we can call ourselves a gang? - no

Alright the local team is just like when you scroll down and see the local clubs or teams that have their own space on the forums. Here there are a couple, and on Evo X forums, there are a few. I am a moderator on the X forums. But basically this team will be doing meets during the year and going to such events as East Coast mod and open houses for tuning shops and so on. If i have enough guys between here and X forums, then I can get the team created, and I already have a sponsor lined up for us that has discounted parts and labor costs.
The team will be made on Evo X forums. Not to make it so you guys have to leave here or anything, but I am part of the staff over there, I am just opening it up for you guys over here to join if you want to. Let me know boys. I am at a total of 10ish guys right now!

Some guys go to the track and some dont. I am willing to do track days. But not everyone has an evo to race, some might be more interested in show rather than go...But that doesnt mean the team wouldnt go to a race event.

This idea was actually spawned off of NEEVO (New England Evo) which both myself, Zerocool, BDecker and a bunch of others belong to. We try to plan something once a month and events have included (let me know if you need me to elaborate) but are not limited to...:
- BBQs
- Install days (We have a few mechanics and electrical engineers)
- Detailing Days (We have a few world class detailers)
- Track Events at Lime Rock and Watkins Glenn
- Autocross
- Cruises through the Mountains of Western Massachusetts and New Hampshire (Have links to pics from each of these trips.)
- Car Shows (Organized by us, charities, local shops, etc.)
- Movie Meets (Everyone goes to watch Batman)
- Dinner
- Dyno Days
- Amusement Park Trips
- F1 Kart Racing
- Team O'Neil Driver Training School/Winter Driving Safety
- Trips to the NH Drag Strip
- UFC Fights on someone's couch
- Part outs (Sounds gay, but it's a good chance to get hands-on with a car that's going back to a dealership anyway.)
- Sponsor-Hosted Free "Tech Days" (Our Sponsor invites us down to the shop, and teaches us how to do basic things like change brake pads + fluids, oil changes, etc. to improve the overall knowledge of the community.)
- East Coast MOD
- EvoXForums BBQ (Nothing more confusing than 18 Evos on the George Washington Bridge)
- General Caravaning to each of the events.
As you can see this is much more than just a "OMG U GUYS HAVE EVOS!"
