Ice Racing

I have heard that there is ice racing in upstate NY.
Sounds like it is a great form of racing. Does any one have any input?

I've never been to a rally up close but I watch em on tv.. I've only done road courses and autocross..

I'll prolly try out ice rally next year ..I just got the car now ..and I don't feel like buying snow tires just yet...lol
