Acctually it was the US.Government in like 1970 something i think.
There was some kind of supreme court ruling back then that i believe said that all public areas, IE: Movies, Malls, And restaurants; YES, Even McY D's must have facilities for disabled ppl.
This was to include Wheel chair ramps, Large wheel chair accessible Restrooms and Menus in BRail. Every Restaurant has them. They just aren't on all the tables
As for the drive through window..........i would have to assume that they were trying to avoid a lawsuit. You know that in this day and age that if they hadn't and a blind person sitting in the passenger seat of a right hand drive car had pulled up and felt the menu......and GOD FORBID there was no brail!!!!!!
McDonalds would be in the biggest lawsuit since the BEEF industry Vs. OPRAH
But that is just my answer there may be another one out there. HeHe
P.S. (i spent 5 yrs in the restaurant Business as a waiter/manager)

lol true. I would just be worried if I pulled up behind some dude at the drive thru atm at backofamerica and he was feeling for the brail. it'd be my time to leave at that point

hey phil, i decided not to get a new car....u know keep my self stabile and out of debt until i can get settled into a new house.....neway, since it looks like the GB is gonna fall through, what kit u think i should get??? I got about 950 i was willing to spend but i think that i can get somethin else for cheaper. what you think, or anybody else would would like to comment
