5th annual IHOP/bear mnt crew Cruise/bbq April 19,2015
Okay here it is.
Last year we did it in June because people couldn't make it.
This year is different, if you don't make it there will be other events.
Meet times: 10:30 parsippany, NJ. Upstate NY,CT 10:30- both will leave at 10:45.
to head to spring valley,NY 11:30 roll out 12:00 at Spring Valley for the drive to BBQ location in harriman State Park.

Exact locations
Upstate NY and CT. TGIF parking lot,5 Centre Dr, Central Valley, NY
Parsippany meeting location Colonial Gardens Apartments Rd, parsippany, NJ 07054. It's the parking lot behind the board of ed building. If you need contact info on this; contact Jon(escodotcarter)-cell 845-8 two one-339nine
Commuter parking lot. Spring valley/Nanuet location- Route 59 & Forman Dr
Nanuet, NY 10954. If driving north on the thruway, it is straight off the exit(14). make a right into the commuter lot. If coming south on thruway exit (14) make a right onto route 59, at the second light make a left then a right into the parking lot.
Note: Bathroom facilities at the BBQ area are actually at the Palisades book store.
If you need to go, you will have to get in your car,exit for Palisades southbound to the book store. Once you leave the bookstore stay to your left and use the U-turn.
Harriman State park, NY
We will be checking again about getting the permission from the park authorities this time. We just have to drive carefully.
I will add more info on this first post.

We'll cruise around at Bear mountain and then hit Anthony Wayne Rec area(exit 17) to grill.
I have a couple routes in mind. but due to the enormously large group we might need to break it up to possibly 2 or even 3 groups with lead cars and routes. If you would like to be a lead car let me know. You will need to have a two way radio to communicate with others and/or me.

I'm here working at West Point this year so I'll sneak in on the meat (hah, get it? 
but I can buy lots of hotdogs or whatever from the commissary here at the academy if you guys want to pitch in or BYOB style whatever.
I shouldn't be busy that weekend but who knows, I'll find out more when the time comes because I work at the hospital here and on-call schedules are put out like 1-2 weeks ahead of the month being over :x
Count me in-unless I'm on-call for emergencies :/

can you arrange military blockade for us on RT218 right next to you guys , so we van roaming up and down on that road freely?

Me and the husband will be there as long as I can get my 30k service knocked out before then. She's been parked all winter and I need to do the trans flush and an oil change before I do any spirited driving.

I will try to make this. I will inquire closer to the date what is needed of I can make it. So this is the park on exit 17 off the taconic right? Hope they paved the potholes
