With all these threads about NW Evos for sale, I wanted to post mine and get a guesstimate of what y'all think is a fair price.

2005 Evo MR, ~7,500 miles. Never tracked.

Right now it has a Vishnu Xede, custom Shiv tune, and their standard 3" turbo-back exhaust.

Should I revert it completely to stock before trying to sell? I have read that any mods tend to just lower the street resale value, and I can get a bit back selling those parts separately.

Why selling? Need a new house

looks clean, you can prob get around 30 for it. MR's tend to hold there resale better so youre kinda hooked up in that respect...

I always figured I'd have it for a year or two before we have to upgrade the house and it's 70% more payment

And figure it's better to sell before the IXs hit the street. You should buy it from me, and give one of the Evos to your bro!

That would be sweet, but he's into STi more. Smart thinking, once the IX hit the street the price of the current model will drop dramaticly. That's just .02 cent
