Its been a long time….Tanacross was cancelled due to a fire. We at the Alaska Sports Car Club are happy to hear that the Village of Tanacross and City of Tok are getting some rain, and fire crews are doing a great job keeping people and structures safe.
On to other news, the Alaska Sports Car Club will be hosting the fourth Alaska Autocross Series event of the year! We haven't been to Houston Middle School in a few years. Should be a great homecoming! As usual, all you need is a safe automobile that can pass a simple technical inspection and a Snell 2000 or newer helmet. The plan is to have a short break around lunch time, so if you bring some food to eat you have a little time to bench race and fill your tank.
Entry fee $35 for Alaska Sports Car Club members/non members. Registration will open up at 900am and go until 930am. Tech Inspection will run from 900-1000am. We will be setting up track at 700am if you would like to help setup!
Hope to see you out there!!!
Online Registration is open until 11:59PM Friday June 18, 2010
