If anyone's curious, Mellon Tuning is awesome to deal with. My initial 90oct tune is getting close to solid.
Has he given you any Virtual dyno charts for the logs you given him? I know he uses it...

He has, as soon as it's finished I will put it up.

Its pretty impressive the difference between now and when the car was stock.

^what size wheel do you have? Stock?

245/40-17 is what I run on the street with the BBS rims, 255/40-17 is what I run with the race tires on a 9" wide rim.

I run 255/40/17's on stock IX wheels. Done two autocrosses on them and driven on them for two summers. No problems at all.

I've not heard any rubbing at all, even at full lock. I'm still rocking stock suspension.

Blue line is when the car was completely stock.
Green is my last tune on the car.
Red is Mellon Tune.

Mellon has been great to work with. He'll explain in detail every change he makes and why he is making it. I look forward to a race gas tune next. I don't expect leaps and gains in HP, but I think that TQ will jump right up.

Perrin Intake
Walbro 255
Hallman Pro RX
ETS 3.5" intercooler
ETS LICP
ETS short route UICP
AMS Turboback w/test pipe
Stock turbo, stock cams, stock 02 housing, stock manifolds and TB
90oct
24lbs of boost (drops to about 22 lbs)
Omni 4bar map sensor
Mil spec TB seals

blacksunset, my 255's rub on the inner fender well. Of course I spend a lot of time at full steering lock with all the AutoX that I do. I think even the stock wheels and 245's do it as well in an AutoX setting. +38mm offset 17" by 9" 5zigen FN01C
