I think you could probably get away with the occasional 8k in fourth gear. But I wouldn't run a stock valvetrain up there ever again. Doesn't really matter now I guess, Beehives and Ti retainers are going in.

Need to do some third gear pulls tonight though, gotta go find some traffic/cop free roads...

 

Where do u go to do pulls? I usually just find some roads in wasilla but is there a spot in anch?

 

I like to pull on the freeway on ramps. 3rd gear tops out about 65-70 so it works fine.

Mine would normally top 85 coming out of a 3rd gear pull when I had it.

Just logged the first third gear pulls for the tune. Never went WOT all the way to 7.5K before, all I can say is holy **** that's a rush. I may just have to start drag racing I Realized that my O2 dump is stupid loud, boost hits like a mother, three cups of coffee and a bottle of water is not good before third gear pulls. (Really had to go and nearly pissed myself when the O2 dump opened)
