tip 1, get a meth injection kit if you want to make any decent power on our **** poor gas.
welcome to the last frontier.
some advice if anyone wants to do their throttle body shaft seals....best to order 2 sets.....they are very fragile. I bought the works brand ones and got them in, everything looking good, greased up the throttle shaft and it took some of the rubber with it though the last seal. Very small amount so not sure if its going to be a problem. I did a boost leak test and it seemed to hold 30psi without leaking but who knows how long that will last once I start driving it again. SOOO lame.
So I ordered 3 sets of the mil.spec ones so I'll have some extras.

Hey guys!
Just wanted to introduce myself. Just bought an EB Evo IX from Washington, which should be here this week. It's an 06 with only 35,179 miles, and completely bone stock. Picked it up for $25k shipped, which I thought was pretty decent.
Recently converted from the dark side, lol. Previously owned a 04 WRX which had the full 06 conversion, matte white, and gutted. Look forward to meeting everyone, and enjoying the scene up here. Cheers!

Hi there guys!
I'm looking some OEM front struts for a IX (non-MR) with at least 60k or less miles and in good condition (if possible). My friend overtightened (with an impact gun, by accident, and then went loose) the strut's uppermost nut after a springs install and now I sometimes have a noise in the FL side of the car when turning. I'm also thinking on getting them new but they're almost $250 a piece without shipping. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!
