Hey guys, its been dead on here for sometime now. I asked you about your thoughts on the AC delete a while back and decided to do it. Well now that my build is just about done and ready to put back together I noticed the AC fan that is mounted to the front of the condenser. Is this fans sole purpose for cooling of the AC or is it linked with the radiator fan as well? Just wanting to make sure before I decide to get rid of it. Can't seem to find anything on here about it.

 

It's solely for the A/C. The Radiator fans run off a seperate fan and has its own power box. I deleted mine and had a half radiator, and never had a problem.

What did he charge? I'm sick of doing pulls near the highway.

 

The red evo from Fairbanks was the one on the dyno. With 2.4l twin scroll put down 450.

That's mine. It's a gt3582. And a 2.5l

And He's still undecided with pricing I think with the dynos. Mine was a little different cause I had him doing other things as well. Give em a call though

2.5 liter??? I didn't know they made a 2.5 liter for a Evo?

FazdaGTZ doesn't get on this forum much. He was over at my house today when I told him people were asking about his car on here so he got on to answer a few questions. But as for who built the motor it was done in Cali by the previous owner, cant recall where. FazdaGTZ just went down a few months back and picked it up. Not sure where he got the clutch packs from either. But yes, it is a 2.5l stroker. I was surprised to hear that myself. Did not know they made a 2.5l for the Evo til then.
