Its obvious that all of the damage has been fixed and you probably avoided it from being reported to carfax. But when you say "clean title & clean carfax" one would interpret that as it never being in an accident or having prior damage. When clearly it has and should have been reported to carfax but at times some items slip through the cracks. I think with an asking price of that all items should be fully disclosed.

Yes I guess you can consider carbon fiber fenders, bumper being broken as "rough" condition. I have fully disclosed to potential buyers how I aquired it and what I have done to make it to its current condition. Clean title means that it's never been in such a bad wreck that it has been considered "totaled" by the insurance company. Yes, it has been in a few minor accidents, ie, going into a ditch, parking lot dents, but there is nothing wrong with the actual structure of the car.
