That was me! I toasted my stock clutch in one launch then it coasted down the track and didn't catch in any gear until like 5th for a few secs! I already new my stocker wouldn't last long, thought it would at least 2 launches but didn't even hold for one launch. Big thanks to DSMFRK for helping me out and towing it back to anchorage. New twin carbon carbon going in, in a week or so.

Wow-
35r's and stockers don't mix well. Once the carbon goes in say good bye to the T case. Mine is howling already from a handfull of 6K launches on an excedy twin without the clutch line restrictor. That will be my winter project- that and a built tranny.
Is this car a money pit or what!!!

Let me know if you are doing the clutch yourself, I'll lend a hand- I did mine in about 12 hours... PITA!!

I knew my stocker would give at anytime! Anyhow, my tranny and tcase will hold up because I don't launch only at the track which is like once a year kind of deal. However, I have a shep built tranny and tcase for when they do go out on me. Unforuately, I'm not doing the clutch myself, I don't have the tools or the time. Thanks for the offer! Also if your interested I have a few parts that may benefit your evo is your interested let me know.....
