Hey all. All I can say is WOW! I can't thank you enough! I am the owner of the car with the stolen wheels, and I am currently in Iraq. My wife told me about them getting stolen, she was the one you were dealing with. And she told me someone was getting some temporary wheels so our car wouldn't get towed. You have no idea how much that means to us! And believe me, we are definitely getting some wheel locks for it this time! I don't know why the car doesn't come with them in the first place. By the way, there is an alarm system on the car as well, for those of you that were concerned. It's a code alarm brand, don't know which model though. I would like to get lo-jack on it as well, but the alarm I have is decent. I just can't believe it didn't go off while they where jacking my wheels.

Anyway, once again I give a million and one thanks! It's not often you run into people this nice, who are willing to help someone out this much that they don't even know. Also, we are supposed to be getting our new wheels on or around the first. So whoever loaned us the temps, you should be expecting them back around then.

Thank you once again!

Hey all, just wanted to let you know that my wife has informed me that we now have our new wheels on the car (yay!) and that the ones you loaned us are patiently waiting to be picked up from the shop. Thanks again for going out of your way to help us. You guys are great!

I'll never understand why people don't park a $30k car in a garage. I also won't ever understand why people would rather own a $30k car rather than applying the dough towards a house.

To each his own I suppose...

I couldn't have said it better myself. Parking your car anywhere other than a garage overnight is just askin for trouble. Until the world is thief-free, there's no better security system than a garage. Thieves are too good these days and can get around most anything. I'm sure you can argue they can get in garages as well, but whenever I hear about cars getting stolen in the middle of the night, they're almost always NOT in a garage.
