A beeping noise

ok so i have a injen intake and ic kit. im running 21psi and last night my lower ic pipe blew off from the intercooler. to make a long story short i had to get a tow home and take the bumper back off and put it all back together. when i started my car back up the check engine light came on. so do u think that i can just reset it or could there be something wrong. the car idled fine and started fine so i was thinking that it just came on b/c i drove a little ways to pull over before turning the car off. also ever since i did a ECU reflash my car has made a beeping noise. its not inside the cab its inside the engine bay and im not sure what the hell it is. nothing seems to be wrong everything works, but i was just wondering your guys opinion on this. THANKS

Unplug the battery "Negative" terminal for few minutes, and reconnect(resets everything). The SES light should go off. Who did the "flash"? I don't know what that could be.

thanks, it might be the bov now that i think about it. im running a greddy RS. i have played with it for a while. the sre shifts fine and it doesnt fluter. it holds to 21psi fine. and even at 5or 10 psi it blows. sometimes it fluters when im at like 0 or 2 psi so im not sure. i think that i will just put the stock one back in for now. i have read that it will hole up to 22psi is thiat true. let me know thanks a lot.
