If I'm not mistaken, that's merely a concept of what a WRC class Suzuki rally car would be like. They havent announced if they'll enter the WRC class as a factory team. You are half right though, Suzuki has been competing in WRC in the Junior WRC class and not the top WRC class.

they actually announced it yesterday at the autoshow. Will compete at the end of 2007, and full time in 2008

Yeah its WRC. Which means its doubtful Suzuki will release a road car that even has a similiar drivetrain. I wish they had kept Group A as the top group and enforced the homologenation rules. Cause that would have meant Peugeot and others would have had to realease road versions of their cars. Why is this good you may ask? So that the Peugeot and other non-homologenated fans can get their hands on the road cars and then they too will have to put up or shut up
