Eugene: A ride in an EVO IX
Hey,
I am considering getting an EVO IX and I was wondering if anyone would be willing to take me for a ride in their EVO IX. Key word "ride" not a "test drive." I do not want to drive, only go for a ride.
Thanks,
-Bobby

I'd let you take a ride in mine but yeah. she's kind of in the shop till April. I never had a problem getting a test drive and I made them take it off the show room floor too. I don't know if the dealers have their heads up their a%^*&^( more then they do up here) in Eugene though. If you do come up to Portland go to Hillsboro mitsubishi or Rey Reece over on the eastside ( where I bought mine). Talk to the Fleet Manager and he'll get you an MR for $35,000. Great guy!

eugene mitsi is keeping the miles as low as possible since no one wants one that has been romped on during the test drives
so yea it makes perfect sense not to let anyone just take them for a drive.
they do have a demo evo for just that a used 04 but as we all know its not the same as driving a IX

LOL They still have the 04, that things gotta have about 5k test drive miles on it by now.
Eugene mitsu let me pick what brand new Eclipse I wanted to drive, i drove one that had 35 miles I think. But I never asked to drive the IXs.
