Send her to a day spa. I did this for my wife before we got married and she loved it...
Also, if you already haven't picked up the wine, make sure it's from her birth year and do a comparison between it and your girl (OBVIOUSLY the girl should win...) -- Sounds corny, but comparing the smell, taste, how it has aged (this one works better women older than 21), etc all really make the women melt, trust me.
Oh and post more pics of your girl!

go for a helicopter ride... be smooth, have everything planned to the minute. Call the restaurant and arrange for something ahead of time: a special dessert or dish (small cake?).
just don't be predictable. she'll be expecting flowers/food/gifts - no matter how much she insists she doesn't want u to go out of your way.
She'll appreciate effort, whether that costs a lot or a little money.
Make sure you dress up! If u know her well enough, choose/buy an elegant outfit for her. Think it through and do your best to make sure the whole night is effortless for her... don't forget to think about AFTER dinner.. going home, getting home etc.

You said it Deepee1, 10 years of marriage has told me this rings so true...
and better yet if you know her dress size and tastes.. that always impresses.. well it works for me anyways..

ammelk, I got married on Jan 1st this year - but my wife and I have known each other for over 6 years... you and I are amongst the few who, at will, can totally blow our partner's minds. It is a skill, and nowhere near a chore. It's fun and challenging for me too, to think of ways to make her smile. Certainly helps that she's incredible, and very easy on the eyes!
It's soooo simple when you're doing something because you WANT to, not just bcos you're trying to 'impress' her.
When I proposed to her, a text message sent her on a scavenger hunt all around her apartment building, into her email, through old photo albums - to find clues and collect puzzle pieces which fit together to ask "will you marry me?" when she came back to me for the last piece, and the ring in my hand.
