Angry Warning!!!! Big Scammer

hi all,

Does anybody know a guy that goes by Chris?? His full name is Naradipo C. Keth.

He drives a 2006 MR Graphite Gray.

Apparently he took my brand new Turbosmart EBoost 2 Boost Controller about a month and half ago, and we had an agreement and written contract that he will pay a full amount of $500 for the boost controller within two weeks.

I have not receive the payment yet, and coudn't get a hold of him via the phone number he gave me (apparently the phone number is his girlfriend's number). His gf did anwser the phone few times and promise to get Chris for me, but that was 3-4 days ago. Now, they just won't pick up the phone, so obviously trying to avoid me.

If anybody seem this guy or know this guy, please pm me.

$500 is not a big deal, but I actually trusted him enough to let him take the boost controller first because he said he was in need of getting the car tuned.

thanx

unless its notorized...still means nothing... cause i have that same paper that freelance has... and its signed that freelance is gonna give me 1000$ if i can hold my breath for a minute... its its notorized then he has a case.. easy win at small claims court... cause usually when the deal has been done the person under contract gets it, so the other person cant take him to court or persue anything

good luck! rooting on notorized copy

The bad part is that it is getting to the point that you can't go by a hand shake or by anyones word anymore. You have to get in writting, notorized, blah, blah, blah just to cover you own; and everyone wants something for nothing. Sorry to hear about it man. It is a small world and he will get his in the long run. Thanks for the heads up.

whoever says it has to be notorized, it doesnt. If you know where he lives, you're really better off going to find him and make him pay. If not, go to small claims, he'll at least have to show up to court and hopefully you can settle it outside the courtroom.

You know that last name is pretty unique. You can always do a quick search on the web for that and see if you can call anybody he knows. Its within your right really.

I did one through anywho.com

http://www.anywho.com/qry/wp_fap

Shows only 3 in the area.

Rule 1: Never ever give an item before receiving the amount needed to be paid.
Rule 2: never bend rule 1

It's a sad world we're living in guys.

Take that bish to small claims and go for double damages + time spent.

It's sad when people think of advanced parts as "free." That's why credit card debt is so high these days. People love spending but hate the repayment part.
