Nice turn out, some new guys and some of the regulars. Props to the old guy in the yellow Cobalt SS that drove from Portland to the KK.

 

He drove 2 hours to go to an Evo meet and he's driving a cobalt?

 

damn, wish i was there.

I might one of these days, if I can get fridays off, which is almost impossible...
but then what'sthe point of having a car like evo and not to share it with other enthusiasts from more metropolitan areas...

 

They were trying to have a Cobalt meet as well, but the turnout wasn't the greatest.....I have to say though the yellow vinyl on those rims was rather cheesey...but it gave him a unique look for only around 5.00 and a couple hours of work.
The EVO turnout wasn't too bad but I'm sure as soon as the weather clears up we will have quite a few more cars out there. And I agree on the time, we could probably extend it an hour or two...but then you run into the whole friday night thing and a lot of people most likely have plans.

It definatly needs to be pushed out further. I always plan on going, but by the time i get home from work and ready for the evening, it's already past 7...

Man I wish I was back there but some one has to be deployed. I can't wait to get back sorry I am not on here much we have internet hours, well am going to go talk to you guys later keep the meets going I will be back in the fall. Josh
