Tuner in Washington?

Tuner in Washington?
I searched and saw that a few people mailed their ECU to Jestr and stuff like that or went to Horsepower Freaks down in Oregon. I'm in Olympia and am willing to drive about an hour to a tuner and if I can't find a tuner, I'll suck it up and drive down to Oregon. I'm trying to find a tuner first before I start getting my parts (TBE, MBC, LICP, UICP, and debating on a 10.5 hotside, Just basic bolt-ons)
A guy at my work recommended me to go to Axiom and ask for 'EvoGod'. Can anyone recommend me a good place to get tuned at and feedback on your experience and how good the tune was will be great, And rates they charge too!
Oh yeah, Any guess on what I would make on 92 pump at 20ish PSI?

I'm local to you by about an hour. I flash, road tune, do some installs, etc. However you go about it, may I suggest that you plan exactly what your goals are well in advance and what will keep you happy with the car the longest before you end up buying new parts and changing your setup.
