EVO 9 bumper for sale

I got a JDM EVO 9 bumper sitting brand new never installed but it came in the wrong color...some one make me a decent offer and let get rid of this bad boy

sure, are you gonna come all the way from oregon with no bumper skin and no crash beam as it needs to be taken off for this bad boy, if anything we might be able to pull off the crash beam with hand tools but if not i got a guy
