pretty sure the megan ones are decent enough for street and mild track use.

decent in that ive not read anything openly hostile about that particular product of theirs.

I like my Robispec KW's. The street oriented ones are around $2k. I daily drive on the clubsports which are more money but faster on the track.

KW is a great setup. But what is the purpose of getting the coilovers? Depending on the purpose they might be over/under kill.

Hummm...for $1800 you are limited to probably Stance, PIC (street setup), base KW3 (non Robispec), Apexi, and other Japanese brands. Problem with the Tein, Tanabe, Cusco, Apexi, etc is they are all short stroke high rebound which translates into riding like crap and they skip over bumps because of the less than adequate damping. Out of some I have listed I would probably choose the Stance or PIC R1 (8kF10kR). They are the beefiest and best built for the money. If you would go up to 2k I would choose the Robispec KW3 street. I don't think there really is a better all around coilover for under 2k. Do some research and try not to listen to people that say they are good just because they have them. Look in the Motosports section and see what actual experienced people like (ie people that don't have coilovers to be slammed)

Megan's is probably fine for light street and track usage. I'm assuming you want to go coilovers for adjustability on top of performance?

I was debating to go coilovers as well, but considering that I only do limited track days, I'll probably just get Swift Spec R springs and a rear sway.

Good luck!
