I got my 04 VIII there, I had to walk out twice before they met my price. Plus, the sales manager guys was at total douchebag, but i have dealt with people like that before so no biggie. You have to have thick skin most of the time buying from dealerships.

 

^ That's about the extent of it. Put on your thick skin and prepare for a fight going to any dealership and you'll be much better off

Their prices are crazy too - tacking on $5k to new evos for "market adjustment" and asking almost new prices for used evos. Plus they're the home of clueless salesmen:

Them: "The MR has a tur bomb meter, and carbon fiber roof and hood stock"

Me: "you mean a boost meter and aluminum hood and roof?"

Them: "No, it's carbon fiber!"

Me: "ok, good bye"

If you can be patient and sell your s4, you'll save a ton of money by buying from a private owner...like me for example I have a super clean, hardly modded 06 mr for sale at $27.5.

I imagine Beaverton would be much higher.

Have you tried selling the S4? I'd think that would be a car in high demand...unless you're upside down on it?

 

Well thick skin it is! I cant find another dealer with used evos in the area, so it looks like I will have to go in and be a dick! At least I have some fire power and know what I am talking about.

Not upside down in the s4, but I dont think the demand is really there! Most of the people that want the car dont have the finances and

 

If you want me to go down with you, let me know man. I dont have any issues with them. Remember, they are in business to make money too. I am serious about talking to Mike Jeffers. He is a really cool guy, and easy to work with, but you should always be prepared to negotiate heavily. If you can do that, you will be fine. At this point I think I will be ok! I would just like to know who traded in their cars (the 06 black GSR and the 05 MR).
I would like a lil more info so I can have some fire power when I go in. Also I would love to know the cars histories.

but they are asking
35,995 for an 06 MR-more than new at southcoast
32995 for an 06 GSR- more than I paid for my GSR new
and 31995 for an 05 MR-LOL
