Official Alaska Evo Thread

For any Evo owners in the 907. I live up here in Fairbanks, AK. It's breakup season and the fast cars are back on the road. I figured it would be cool to see who's all out there. Anchorage, Kenai, Homer, Wasilla.

Yeah, i think it was -50 here in fairbanks at one point this winter. The evo has cold tolerance issues.. I bought it during january this winter in san bernindino, california, drove up to enumclaw, wa where I stayed for a month or so, then drove it all the way home. What a drive. Oh and sorry for the same sake "official," there's another alaska thread that I didn't see until I created this one. They're the pioneers.. haha

Yeah, man the fishing is killer. I like being outside as well, the winters suck, but the summers are awesome.

hey I just got a job at ft.greely at the delta junction, about 100miles from fairbanks. Im debating weather to bring my evo up or sell it, I need to know if there is anyone around this area that knows how to work on our cars, and also what kind of things do I have to add to the car to make it safe to drive? I really don't want to sell my evo, please help.

Kenai Peninsula

Any other Evo Owners on the Kenai Peninsula - on the site? I see a couple Evos around Soldotna now & again, but dont know the owners. Itd be cool to hang out or wrench with you fellers. Is there even an existing Mitsu dealer in this whole state. Anyhow, yous guys out there? -Marcus
