Old 275 tires

Anyone have some old 275 40 R17 tires laying around? I want to test fit that size tire before I buy a set.

I'm looking for some worn-out tires that somebody will just give me.

Damn, 275's will fit?!??! I thought I was going to be risky going with 255's lol... Too bad I have 8" rims and Firestone or Discount won't mount (Or won't tell me they fit)...

I have some super crazy offset wheels and I had to cut the fenders for 255's to fit, but I think I may be able to get 275's to fit.

They don't really fit without work. That said lots of guys get 275's to fit with modified fenders and the correct wheel choice.

Did the 255's fit with stock wheels after fender mods? I'd much rather run a 255 if I can get it to fit, I have Racing Dynamics 17's, (FQ-400 wheels) that have the same exact dimensions of the BBS/Enkei wheels.

I'm just asking because tire shops are not seeming to be able to help me out. Spring's approaching, so it's coming time for the yearly tire purchase, heh.

I had 275 on mine but I also had a weird offset & had like a 1inch spacer but they fit fine & I hardly rubbed. fenders were modded just fender liner.
