Oktoberfast in Idaho

If anyone is interested in coming down to Pocatello for the Oktoberfast autocross in Idaho on Sept 26, 27, and 28, let me know. If you're in need of accommodations, I can either try to get you a deal at a couple hotels I know people at, or I can try to arrange a stay at my house. It's a ton of fun, and there are usually 100 - 150 cars from Utah, Montana, Oregon, and Wyoming that show up. Friday is test and tune from 2 - 7. Sat and Sun usually consist of 2 sets of 4 runs.

Hit me up if you're interested. It's a good time and a great chance to ride in a myriad of cars from shelby cobras to prepped vipers.

so you're the owner of the RR X i saw at Summerfast that had the gunmetal wheels and the South Coast plate still. It looked good, i'd like to see/feel how an Evo X does at an autox

Should be a step up from the TT for autox

By the way this is Jeremy that used to have the BBY and WW Evo's.

Yeah, I had just gotten it the day before and drove it back from CA. I wanted to come out and run it on day 2, but didn't get home until 5:30 AM. I slept through my alarm and didn't wake up in time. I didn't want Oktoberfast to be my first run, so I've been "testing" it out on some mountain roads around here. It's certainly an upgrade from the TT, but I'm mostly amazed at how in control you can be with it at the very edge of it's limits. Should be a blast, but I don't have huge expectations in my first competition with a new car.

Well I hope to see everyone there, and you're right - hopefully this time it won't snow.

Right on, it would be great to have another evo down here. There wasn't a one when I went out there, which would have been the afternoon session on Sunday when you weren't running anymore.

I have a co-driver for oktoberfast already, so I won't be able to give up her seat since she lives with me and gives me sex on a regular basis.
