how are you getting registered this early?

My dad used have 57 Belair 2 doors, Olds 442 70, 71 Camaro Z2/8, 59 Chevy Truck, 57 Chevy truck, 75 nova, 70 nova, 67 camaro, i think i could remember.. ill ask him..,
i just got text from my buddy, he say we have go there early to get register it.. there no pre register it, so it good.
