Transmission shop recommendation?

Having problems with reverse, after my track day.

Link for details, but basically it's like stirring a vat of peanut butter, with an oar.

Any recommendations in Seattle / eastside?

thanks

- A

My 3rd gear is now grinding after IRDC track day last Sunday. Guess what I'm gonna do?

I'm yanking my trans at home and then it's going straight to Sheptrans.

Yes it could be a simple fix, but the truth is, if it's gotta be looked at and fixed, it means most likely the tranny is coming off the car anyway. If you can afford down time, get a nice one while you're at it.

The ER folks can jump in here, but i believe they do something similar to shep's work and it won't need to be shipped across the country.

Billy, the ER website doesn't show this weekend's dyno days event (yet). Don't keep it a secret

Alan --- I hope that nothing is seriously wrong but if you get a chance to bring it by down here or possibly I can meet up with you and see. How does 5th feel?

Off topic ---

I will not discredit anyones work on Evo Transmissions.

I will say that our Drag Evo has only ever had one team build the transmission that puts 1050+whp to the ground. That would be us here at EnglishRacing. We build/rebuild any transmission combo that anyone will or could do, the 8/9 hybrid, the optimum gear pattern tranny, stock gearing by year, you name we have done it. I can tell you what the year splits are and JDM part numbers for stuff, but the point is there are many that are capable of doing the work...We are the closest and the same price as Shep, TRE, Jack's, etc. and do the same level of work. I will also say supporting local business is important to maintaining local economy.
