paul @ auburn was too busy to show the car, and didnt call me back. 
oh well.
in the meantime i test drove a brand new 2010 ford taurus sho. i was there at the ford dealership to check out the used is-f they had, wasnt even interested in the taurus at all, but the dealer insisted i test drive it anyway just for the hell of it.
latest bit of wisdom from mitsu salesguy: super sport mode stiffens up the suspension.
also, apparently mitsu sells factory warrantied exhaust which gives you more power.
and what is it with all the mitsu dealers being out in the boonies? every mainstream car manufacturer has a dealership within a few minutes of seattle except mitsu, who have all been sent deep into exile.
