Seen this on another site, thought it was BS, so I thought I would share.
Pretty eye opening when you realize just what kind of system we live under when things like this can be bought.
Just like the guy say's, the pledge of allegiance isn't...and justice for all...with the deepest pockets.

It's not even like he is any threat, or even really using their name, its 'Vermonster', if anything, Vermont has the infringement case on him.

That sucks, and I'm never drinking Monster again...of course I can't stand the taste of Monster so that is a good thing.
This is how corporate xxx (insert country name) works. The big boys will dump you in court and it costs them nothing (hell, they write off a lot of it, and use it to claim any losses that they present to their stockholders, ffs!!!). On the other side of things, if they want to stay more under the radar and out of court for something heinous they do, they use the same money to settle.
That would be kind of cool if the state of Vermont backed him 100% and they took Monster on. Unlikely, but it would be cool.
