Synapse bov problems? Help
I just recently purchases a synapse Bov and have it mounted on my uicp recirculating back into the intake. I have port A and B as vac and c boost only source. It seems to flutter with the slightest raise of accellaration and release while in gear or shifting. I've also tried port A open, B vac ,C boost and B open, A vac and C boost. I've also tried loosing the preload with all combinations. Still no improvement with surge

How many ports does your Synchronic BOV have? 2 or 3? There's no way for it to be releasing under boost.
If you have a 3-Port BOV, make sure that you aren't getting boost-only for Port C after the restrictor in the OE line.
Now a way to test if it really is the BOV that is opening, vs true compressor surge:
Disconnect all lines to the BOV, it will act like there is nothing on the pipe. Yes it will flutter when you let off the throttle. But if it surges while you are on the throttle, on boost and the boost gauge goes crazy, then the BOV has nothing to do with it. It is actually compressor surge.

It is falling on its *** because it is VTA. You have to find a way to re-circ and have it still work some how. Try my test above to verify if it is really true, bonified compressor surge. There's no BOV that will fix that, unless it leaks under early boost, which means it will leak even more later.
If it is true compressor surge, the fix is a little later spool by dropping the duty cycle to the WG solenoid, or just changing your driving style to drive around it. ie downshift.
