Ya, like 5th degree black belt. I agree about Hendo and Dana dropping the ball. Sometimes he needs to get over himself for the business. Of course I don't know all the details so that is my opinion.
Yep, that Bobby guy is the one. There is a Strikeforce event on Jan 30th with Nick Diaz as the headliner; not sure if Bobby is in an undercard fight. Another fighter Dana needs to get over himself on is Nick; that kid is fun to watch, moreso than his brother IMO.
*edit - it looks like Bobby is on the card, but his opponent is TBA.

sorry I was out on this one, guys. I was going to host something for this one (I love the Rampage) but my buddy decided to do something so I jumped over to his house instead.
Too bad on the outcome, but I'm not a Rashad hater and after seeing his training camp, I wasn't going to be surprised if he won. Hopefully Rampage stays in this time and gets his training on. Cutting that much weight in that amount of time isn't the best, and he had some ring rust going on too.
I was more frustrated that Dan Miller wasn't taking Bisping to the ground. I can't stand that cocky Brit!
