Pics added. Any snowboarders or skiers, this thing is ready to throw on your car in 5 minutes! you could be driving your Evo to the mountain with your gear on top this weekend or even sooner. You'll save a lot buying this from me.

No, not if you install it correctly on a clean and freshly waxed car. The clips have vinyl on them to protect you paint, and the towers have silicone or a similar material for the same reason. Every time I take it off you can barely tell it was there, and after a wash with it off you can't tell at all.

One of the reasons the rack is in such good shape is because I didn't have it on very much. The Q-towers' latches make it so easy and fast to put on and take off, I would only put it on when I wanted to use it. It was even easier with the bike racks because they hold the whole thing together. I would just set it on a clean roof, make sure it was even, latch the towers/clips down, and lock it. It's that simple. You can literally do it in 5-10 minutes. First-time installation when it's new is another story though, it took hours.

I just added individual prices and lower complete package price. I was wrong, this actually retails for over $1000 complete new, not $850, but I still brought my price to $550.

would this work on an MR? I assumed it wouldn't but then I took a look at the picture and it doesn't seem the MR roof aero bits would be in the way.

Yes, this would work on an MR just fine.

Interesting. So if I'm reading all the above correctly just the snowboard bits would run $330, or am I missing anything else that I don't realize, like the fairing? I don't know that I could do this right now, but I have some friends that I could probably push toward you.

Correct, but I highly recommend the fairing with the base rack. Without it it is pretty noisy and it really quiets it down. Since 6 of the 8 SKS lock cores would be needed for that system, they could get that too with the other 2 cores thrown in free for future use or spares and because I would have no use for them.

That's $375 for a base rack, fairing, snowboard rack, and locks with 2 spares, that would normally cost $768 before tax and shipping new. Everything is as good as new.

Damn, that is a good deal! My friends have been pushing for me to buy a rack lately since I just started snowboarding. If I wasn't such a noob at snowboarding, I would totally pick this up right now lol. Good luck with the sale!
