I know a guy in Idaho that does it for $75!

$100 from ICE? Definitely worth checking out!

I don't mean to hijack your thread, but does anyone have a recommendation for tint shops in the Portland area?

^another good price! I used to know a guy that did tint in Bellevue; $125 for anything (he wanted to tint my entire front windshield, but I didn't want that) but he couldn't drum up enough bidness to stay in it. Too bad, but there seem to be some good, low priced options up in hurr!

Hey Yahu, I just got my tint done from Carlos at Darkside. I went 35% all around and i am satisfied of his work. I payed 246 after tax. I don't have picture of the car with the new tint but i'll post one up later. I would have never went there without your recommendation. The shop doesn't look the most appealing but English's shop had already thought me not to judge the quality by the look of the store.

^good to hear you got treated well! Don't you like how close to the edge he cuts his tint? I never did get a picture cause some really good deals started popping. And I'm lazy.

I agree that the location is kind of crazy, but at least it is right on Lake City Way. Where you been lately, btw?

LOL - you are wise beyond your years! I finally took a pic of the tint, as best I could. I'll put it up a little later.

This isn't the best pic, but it was a pita to get a good, non-shakey hand shot of the tint cutoff, especially since the camera wanted to focus past the window. I'm not uniformly away from the window, which is why it looks bigger on the left (cause it is closer).

Also, obviously my windows were up when I wash my car and I don't go back and clean them after the fact! So pipe it, Ryan!
