This should be a final list of reserved spots & general attendance. I have a TON of people who said they wanting main lot parking who have not contacted me to give me info. If you want a spot still - let me know asap. I only have 2 spots left for parking in the main lot. If you gave me a reservation and dont see your name on the list I may not know your screen name. Please PM me all your info again so I can fix that. I dont want anyone being upset the day of the event because of a simple flaw such as that.
Additional Reserved Spots - I have about 30 spots that are filled and not listed. Some are people who have walked in and reserved. About 12 of those belong to U.P Garage.

ORIGINAL POST UPDATE
We are very pleased to announce what we hope to be the beginning of new tradition in Olympia. The original intentions of this event were to have a small bbq with some of our customers, but after a huge response we changed gears and decided to go bigger. We have gained support from many companies around the country and some of those companies will be on hand. Since this is our first event of this kind we didn’t ask too much from our sponsors nor did we expect them to travel thousands of miles to come out (hopefully we can talk them into that next year). Reserved parking spots are pretty much locked down at this point.
Admission: FREE
Food: FREE | Hot Dogs, Soda, Chips, etc (we are accepting donations for the Humane Society)
Raffles: 1 FREE Ticket (additional tickets can purchased w/donation to the Humane Society)
Music: Simply & economically provided by an iPod & Shuffle function
Parts Specials: TBD
DIRECTIONS
Exit 104 off I-5 to Highway 101, Then take the Cooper Point Road-Auto Mall Drive Exit
If possible please use Caton Way SW to enter the Auto Mall. There is a Shell Station on the corner that is easily seen from Cooper Pointe. This will help cut down on any congestion at the main auto mall entrance.
