VTR is kinda pricey compare it to some local shop out there. And with better service as well. Like Tommy at 8-Velocity in Lynnwood.

The first time I visited VTR I was "given" the opportunity to hear this song over and over and over and over again http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_RjMSWhGWak

What other shops are you refering too? over the last several years i have seen other shops come and go, while VTR continues to expand, not only are the in the business of working on cars but they also make sure that the customer is taken care of, which alot of places forget to do

VTR looks like a really nice facility. I am sure their pricing is competitive for what they offer.

Though they did chose to use pictures of Prius on their window tinting page

The situation that Yahu is in (i.e., broken evo and having to figure out how to get it down to ER) is a situation that I hope I never find myself in. Its like Seattle is the land that Mitsubishi forgot. Where if I had a Subaru I could throw a stick and hit a shop that caters to them. Plus I am a big proponent of think global/shop local. In California I was fortunate enough to have WORKS nearby, even though they were by no mean cheap, having a shop that knows your car inside and out nearby is priceless. I just honestly think Seattle can support such a shop and I would like it to be ER. /shrug.

The tow down is all relative to how much you wanna pay for us to come pick it up. $400 in western washington gets a 32 ft enclosed limo ride, so find another car to split it and go. Daniel has had that offer open for awhile and has just had problems getting someone to want to split the cost with and hasnt wanted to pay for just his own car.

If we brought just the single enclosed we might be able to get it a little less but probably not much as the D-Max's mileage doesnt seem to change.

Spencer....apparently things change
