This was on his program that read my whp. I havent actually been on a dyno. I do have the graph that shows it though. The readings are very acurate. My tuner stated that after his tunes, and the guys go hit the dyno, they have only been off by one or two hp at the most. Give or take.

It also seems that out of all the reds that are in the 10's on the list, they are all on either ethanol or racegas. So not 100% sure what you are basing your theory on.
