never mind. I looked more into it and its pretty much a wide body kit except the front fenders are kinda funky looking without the canards and bumper

Yea I wouldn't take either part of that $10k Voltex kit or even those $4k wheels...I mean it's not like it's super uber baller status and I'd rock that ish M-F if I had too!

They probably never purchased a knock off wide body to find out the body shop wanted a truck load of money to make it fit correctly.

I would say you need different rims (ones that fit) way before going wide body.

If you spend the $5,000 Plus on a widebody and get in even a minor collision your boned. Insurance wont cover that. Exchange the rims and put $5,000 into go-fast bits. You will be happier, you wont loose to pimped out yugo's and you will be faster and more furious.

It's all personal taste for the Voltex Widebody. Either you love it or you don't. I'll tell you though in person it looks pretty mean

I wouldnt do a widebody, your car looks great as it sits. Most I would do is pull the fenders more or aquire a tasteful set of paint matched fender flares and mod the stock fenders to be able to use them.

Justin... they don't fit. Buy different wheels. If you're putting a widebody on your Evo you best be putting 18x11's on it.

18x10's can fit with the PERFECT offset. You can make 18x9's not fit with the wrong offset.

Sorry for those of you who dont like the wheels but i love them. im going to be doing some pulling of the rear fender like most people do it only rubs maybe an inch. and i dont want to run a massive amount of camber and burn threw tires. The back will be easy, as will the front, going to do the evo dave fender mod, and it will be more then enough clearance. My car is not a track car, and if i go race its to drag race only. My car is a daily driver too and from work and around town to look good and go fast. Also got tuned at English today here is the dyno.

Yes they do, not fitting would be hitting the strut or not being able to turn the wheel all the way. I dont do the corners like you Ernie..
