The splitter in good condition? pics look pretty decent, all hardware included? (including that rod for the front bumper)

It never came with the rod when I got it. It was mounted on my car for a long time. I have all the other hardware to bolt it up.

eh not sure anymore, the rods are 60$ (bull**** price for some damn rods). Ill keep thinking i guess.
