Tony and I are planning on going again this Wednesday at Pacific Raceways if the weather holds up. Gates open at 4:30pm. It's going to be Street Legal only drags. So no big dogs running slicks. Just street cars and bikes will be running.

Tony and I can help you learn to launch. Although if you're on stock clutch, the disc is not going to hold up for a very long time if you drag too much. It's just one of those things.

I have a 05 Evo 8 and mine came with a launch control set at 5500rpms, to launch it better, just use the two step and slowly let off the clutch until you feel it slightly grabbing and then just dump the rest.

A lot of ppl are using the handbrake method now inlcuding myself, just do the same thing of slowly sliding the clutch out and when you feel the clutch grabbing or the back end of your car dipping the you let go of the e brake and dump the rest of the clutch at the same time.
