The way I see it, its just good to know there is a competent tuner/shop right here in Bellevue.

I just like the fact his shop is 3 blocks away from my work.

I agree any good tuner will know what is needed for a good tune, but the software and knowing it is the hardest problem not tuning it's self. I would say for stock motor maf car most avg tuner could get the results they need, but past that you really have to devote years and many cars to deal and fix problems. Pk problems on built motors, idle dieing problems with big cams maf etc..

Another huge thing is knowing when there are other problems. I have seen many cars tuned around huge problems and the lack of knowledge of the car they did not even know.
