Look guy's, not only was i NOT trying to kill your forsale thread because 1 i don't know you and 2 i don't wake up in the morning and say "I want to F*** up someone's day or thread!" lol So i don't know why the negativity? I simply wanted to help others that might not be informed on the legalization process of a older GTR. Like i have said before, i don't know how it works on the east coast but on the western half of USA(like California where i live) It is not easy to just give someone money for a car that doesn't exist in the US and register it? PLEASE correct me if im wrong because im still searching for ways to get one in the strict state of California. I am sorry if anyone took offense to what i said? I didn't know people would be mad for someone trying to warn them of possible legal obsticles? Help?
Anyway once again you have a beautiful car for sale and GLWS.

California SUCKS. I'm gonna hook up my buddy and explain this, since I ACTUALLY DID THE REASEARCH! This is for everyone in TX. Theoretically, you could have someone in a NON-SMOG county in TX buy it and get the title, then turn around and sell it to you. PAY ATTENTION:
Get from seller- current registration receipt SIGNED OVER TO YOU (his state does not require vehicles 15 years or older to have a title); AND a Bill of Sale. A Bill of Sale may be accepted if no new assignments can be physically made on the current registration.
You (IF YOURE IN TEXAS)-Put insurance on vehicle; take that and out-of-state registration to an Inspection Station. There they will fill out a Form VI-30 which officially shows that the make, body style and VIN coincide with the out-of-state registration. Take that form and send it with the Application for Texas Title. You will be applying as "first Texas owner".
Now kick back and show off your new R32...OR sell it to anyone else in America BECAUSE YOU KNOW HAVE A TITLE!!!!! We should go into business Brett!
I spent hours reading the TX vehicle regs and even called the Department of Public Safety to confirm. My game's air-tight! So if you dont even live in TX, dont try to shoot holes in my research! THIS IS FOR TX RESIDENTS!
