BMW enthusiasts will appreciate the care that has gone into this beautiful car. I'm an avid member of E46Fanatics, and this car has been babied and maintained with all the best parts and fluids. The car has zero issues, and I would trust taking this car anywhere. Its garage kept, non smoker that I baby. I'm the guy that parks in the back at the mall parking lot to avoid door dings, its truly in fantastic shape for its year. No check engine lights, no leaks, no rust, no blemishes. Always starts, shifts perfect, and rides like a dream. Always hand washed properly (dragging a mit accross the panels, drying with microfiber, etc..).
I am testing the waters, and Im not pressured to sell. Im financially stable, and I will wait for the right buyer. Main reasons that I'm considering letting is go is Im about to transfer school to finish my bachelors degree which will mean less time to work, more time commuting and studying. Secondly, I love this car to death, however I'm slowly missing the extra performance behind the pedal that my previous cars had offered. So I figured Id toss an add up to see if I could get any interest on trades or a cash offer.

Tire pressure always checked, alignment done right, wheels balanced properly
PPG Windshield installed @65k (no more rock chips)
All rock chips have been touched-up with BMW touch-up paint

Im VERY flexible on trades.Best case scenario would be a cheaper car/truck + cash on your end, but I will also entertain even trades for the right car, or even potentially cash on my end for something really sweet. Im even open to trades not limited to cars, can be computer equipment, motorcyles, etc.. I'm also willing to travel a reasonable distance for the RIGHT deal.
NADAGuides.com recommends this car to be worth 11,500 (trade-in) - 14,725 (retail) based on the year, mileage, and options which does not include all of the upgrades/preventive maintenance/etc. And BMW's are NOT cheap to upgrade nor maintain. Keep that in mind before contacting me. I will ignore dumbasses.

Also forgot to mention, I had the windshield replaced with a PPG to eliminate rock chips, and the front + rear bumper have been resprayed as well to eliminate chips.
