2014 Outlander & 2013 Outlander Sport Limited Edition
Just wanted to drop in and let you all know that I'm working with Mitsubishi to discuss the new features that were revealed at the 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show alongside the announcement of the all-new 2014 Outlander, 2013 Outlander Sport Limited Edition, and 2014 Outlander PHEV.
Here's more info and photos explaining the announcements that took place on on Thursday, 11/29: http://bit.ly/MMNAReveal
I'm happy to be a direct link with Mitsubishi if you have any questions about the new releases! Let me know
Here are a few photos too:

That is the 2014 Outlander that is ugly as hell!! The 2013 Outlander Sport looks pretty much the same with a couple changes like the front bumper grill now being black!

hey guys, just (w/ very heavy heart) traded in my '04 Sportback Ralliart for a 2013 Outlander GT AWD. Are you aware of any Outlander specific forums (i can't find any) or do you think this site will tolerate Outlander talk? Sorry, new around here. Thanks for any help! I'm already thinking rear sway bar and CAI...

I surf here and Mitsu Forums and have found these two to cover pretty much everything you want to know about the Outlander line-up.

If you use Mitsu forum then you know that is one of the worst forums on the web. I am an admin there and have been for a very long time. I refuse to even go back because the site has had absolutly ZERO support from anyone above myself and one or two others. It used to be a pretty good place, but has fallen completely apart.

So far they have figured out how to change your fog light settings, daytime running lights, automatic door locks.
Actually, here, this is what he has figured out so far:
http://mitsubishiforum.com/forum/mit...ization-40223/
Small memo for Actia XS Evo (or its Chinese clone), mostly referred to as a Lexia.
1. This is device capable of changing some ETACS settings, similar (but not identical) to dealer's MUT-III. Mitsu's ETACS has over 130 settings to play with!
2. It can be used with Lexia/PP2000 software (outdated, not supported/updated anymore) or DiagBox.
3. Using it you can do many things your dealer is unable to do.
I've decided to summarize results in the first message.
Things that work:
- TPMS disabling/enabling (Lancer/EVO X too)
- Fog light independently to low beams
- Welcome courtesy lighting
- Auto door locking / unlocking
- Factory security system activation (for those not having it)
- All Customer options available thru MMCS (rear wiper speed, pause and mode, locking/unlocking settings, light sensor adjustment etc)
- Two stage Auto lights (twilight mode)
- 4 hours trip computer autoreset disabled
- 120+ km/h speed warning
- Remote sunroof closing
- rear fog lights activation
- DRL mode change
- Passenger seatbelt warning mode
- Low washer fluid warning
- 0.1MHz FM radio step, CT time broadcast, instant RDS display.
Things that (yet) do not:
- Remote windows closing
- Door autolocking once keyless transmitter is out of the car
- ECO indicator - seems to be unavailable with ETACS 322.
- ESS
Now it is available from many sources including dx.com and amazon.com.
I will keep this list updated.
PS Guys, if you copy this message to another website please post a link to here.

So yes, I agree, there may not be much Admin/Mod support over there, but there is a very valuable amount of information. They also have some owners & repair manuals on the site.

Well this is the Outlander Sport section. I don't see why we wouldn't. Welcome to the group.

I think they hired an old ex-Citroen designer from France....
Look at some of their previous designs and you tell me there's not a close resemblance >
exhibit A
exhibit B - In fact, this is what I found... I think I just proved my point!
It looks just like the old outlander from the side and rear quarter panels.
