@Ryan Bohn Yeah waiting on more waiting on parts to arrive. But I plan on updating this on a regular basis!
From my Research and discussing with my ASE Master Mechanic (really long time buddy) but it appears that the lift greater than 1.0" requires front and rear camber adjustments. As the OEM parts are non adjustable.

They also work on several Dodge and Chrysler cars (more popular than Outlander Sports). Use Rock Auto and it listing for our Outlander Sport. SPC is a USA (in Colorado) based company that why I chose them. I called and asked they were super helpful and won me over as a customer for life...

Pro Tip: Oil Filter Upgrade Swap L14610 to the larger L14619
Based on what I found from oilfilterdata.com these filters are very similar in BRV pressure and have similar features.
But you double the filter capacity 21 cubic inches to 40 Cubic inches. Bigger filter means less pressure loss and more oil capacity. The stock oil capacity for a 4j11 is 4.5Qt or 144oz. This filter adds about 14 oz of oil or .425 QT. This is almost a 10% (9.72% actual) increase in oil capacity additional.
This can be considered as a cooling system upgrade as oil is your first cooling systems in your engine!

Good stuff mate, just read through your post. Im liking the idea of the bigger oil cooler! Next oil change I'll have to give this a go. I am envious of your manual transmission....I knew I should've stuck with my guns and gone manual when I bought my OS in 12...but man finding a manual back then was pretty much impossible. Looking forward to seeing more about that larger throttle body!
Did you have any axle rub on the front lower control arm with the 30mm lift spacers plus H&R springs? I am not quite entirely sure if the MT trans vs CVT front axles are different or not. I'd imagine they are? When I did my spacers plus H&R springs my front passenger axle would rub/bang against the subframe at full drop so I had to cut out some custom front spacers to drop it back down a bit...

@Hamman your post recognizing me is like meeting a celebrity! Ha Ha! You are my inspiration for my ASX. I was on the fence but your video pushed me over.
Your a visionary! I will just have to settle with being the world's greatest lover and the world's 2nd best Outlander sport modifier! ha ha. (Neither of which are true)
As far as axle rubbing, I only have an with the end links hitting during normal driving (1st gear if i transfer all the weight due to heavy accelerating). I may notch the control arm and reweld it to keep the strength. On a lift with full suspension droop its close like 1/8-3/16" clearance with the passenger side being my concern.. I have been a few service roads/off road but plan on some trips this summer.
I looked around for 2-3 months to find a manual trans. It was literally a stroke of luck. As I was finding several manual trans listed which were really CVTs. So I thought to try it the other way. I picked Auto trans but added Manual 5spd in the keyword search It narrowed down to about 28 and the 23rd result was my car. It was funny as the dealer kept warning me that it was a manual. I got them down to $14k for about 19,000 miles on a 2.5 year old car.
I just sent out my TB to get bored from 57mm to 62mm. I will let you know when its back!
Your snorkel do you have any pictures how you routed the hookup to your air box?I was thinking on doing the TB and Snorkel together for maximum benefit...

Maybe look into some shorter endlinks. I ended up breaking my oem after 1 year of offroading. I orig got the lower end whiteline adj endlinks and my mechanic cut 2" off them, but they started clunking a lot after 1 wk (200ish miles). I ended up getting the fancier whiteline endlinks, but my mechanic wishes they were still shorter (they really close to oem length and the adj just makes them longer). I get random endlink noise now and then but have been running these since oct 2019 and they're still good.

i remember i was looking at other whiteline endlinks that were supposed to be for bmw that looked like they might work and they're shorter, but i never finished the research on them

KLC163: 10mm stud and adjust 270mm-295mm
The next sizes down are:
KLC140-255: 10mm stud and adjust 255mm-280mm (thinking about trying these)
KLC140-235: 10mm stud and adjust 235mm-260mm

maaaaaybe go for the 140-235 since you have a stacked lift over 2". the 140-255 sounds perfect for me right now, i'm only on 40mm spacers, but i might do gravel coilovers within the next 2 yrs and at that point i would try the 140-235s for sure.
