nice work on that second video!

It was good fun. Despite the traffic, I was able to keep making good progress and bested a 145.16. By the end of the day I was lapping most of the cars in the novice group except the guy in the new VW Golf R though at least this weekend I was keeping up with him versus a couple weeks ago he was murdering me.

Next time I'll have a some Nitto NT01's and will begin to look slow with the intermediate group.

Unfortunately the Go Pro memory card was full and the battery died in second session so no HD video but got some good video on the current version of the WP7 app. Should be able to post up later this week.

Alright guys, the app is ready for beta testers!

Code name: Street Tire

We're going to be at the Ridge on Saturday, March 17th and looking for:

• 2 people to test out the app on two test devices we'll have (HD7's)
• 3-5 other people who have Windows Phone 7's and we'll install the test code on your phone

What we'll ask of you:
1. Meet up with us early in the AM (around 7:45 - 8:15 AM) that day to get you all set up.
2. Record/Data log all your sessions.
3. Come back to 'base camp' after each of your sessions and review your data/video.
4. Provide feedback via the notebooks we'll provide or with just talking with us about what you like, don't like or would want to see added to the app.
5. That's it!

What you'll get:
1. Opportunity to mold an awesome app that will allow you to record actual track data with video that doesn't cost $500+
2. The video from your sessions
3. Inside track to future beta versions of the app
4. I'd say the app for free when it is released but it will be free for a while anyway!

Our goal is to get the app out for Windows Phone 7 first and then we'll move into iOS and Android later on (likely mid-late summer).

Thanks Doug. Do you have a wp7? might be able to figure something out to get you set up before then and debrief afterwards. Just won't be there to support in case anything comes up.

Thanks for the link on the pics - was wondering where/when those would show up. I didn't notice until just before the last session that day (Feb 19th) that a clip up front to the underpanel had broken and it was sagging a little.

Fixed it for this last weekend and have an APR splitter on the way to get rid of the OEM tray. Good luck on Friday!
