Aloha and welcome! You'll definitely love the Evo community up here, everyone is really friendly. We are actually having a Toy Run this coming Sunday at Pacific Raceway in Kent, WA. Event Starts at 12pm to 4pm. Here is a link on FB
https://www.facebook.com/events/385392611531709/.
As perviously mentioned, English Racing is our top tuners for Evos and DSMs and are very respectable from various tuning companies and car communities. Check out their pages either:

I like it for the most part I'm near the mall and fairgrounds. Doesn't take me long to get to work in the morning. But going home can be a different story lol. Mainly base traffic getting on I5 sucks and getting on 512 can suck at times but once you get on traffic opens up

Welcome to the boards man! Nice evo. I loved that M3. I hate Ford's but I've always had a soft spot for notchs. Good stuff. I wish I lived in WA, it looks so nice out there.

Just got to fix this slight clunking noise Im getting from the passenger side. Doesnt do it often, Only when I turn left and when Im driving down the road and its a little rough. Kinda has a "clunk clunk" noise. Im assuming a Half Shaft or something

I doubt this is the case with you but you might want to check the springs for the rubber piece they put in when they ship it from the factory. Mine was never removed on one side and came loose after hitting a deep pot hole. It started clunking, only when I turned left. Just jack up the car and pull it out. It's actually happened to a lot of people.
