+1 thats true... dual will always sound more warm.... with the single its a bit colder sound and metal sounding...
but hey with that CAI i have all i hear is the turbo asking for more air!!!! lol |
CP-E's single for the X looks really nice. I also liked the Synapse single for their prototype RA but that doesn't look like its ever coming out. I might end up going dual afterall... i'm waiting to see what the greddy exhaust is going to look like. I'd buy the AMS exhaust if i wasn't moving. It just looks like it hangs too low for all the potholes and snow and all that good stuff.

maybe its mounted wrong due to the plastic bushing beable to go two ways hand low or be up tight like stock I am going to look at this thursday. Mine should be here then :)
|
Couldnt he just shorten the hanger?/ yes it will put stress on the flange, but it is a solid flange so it should hold. Or would you have to take it and get a mandrel bend? IDK it is just some randomness.

Pics of the stock hanger block.... and the AMS hangers are designed to fit this way only unless you choose to bend the hangers wider... but then its is 1/2 thick stainless steel and machine welded.... it might not be that easy...
new hanger blocks here we goo!!! {thumbup} |
so if you could bend them a lil wider would it sit up higher?
|
yea but then its is 1/2 thick stainless steel and machine welded.... it might not be that easy...
